Nearly Human

Jamison Rotz is the Founder and CEO of Nearly Human that runs out of Pursuit Coworking and specializes in Artificial Intelligence software. He is from Chambersburg, PA and went to school at Shippensburg University where he was able to get position in Mechanicsburg, PA, where he lived for 6 years before moving into Midtown for 6 years. He then moved back to the suburbs once he and his wife started a family but wanted to keep working in Harrisburg after starting Manada. He then chose to work out of Pursuit because he already knew the area and loved the community around it. Jamison feels as though it was a good move for his company because working in a space with other successful professionals has given a lot of energy to both him and his company. One thing that he does wish for more of in the area is a bigger talent pipeline, but otherwise feels that there is a good mix of people in the area that contribute to the welcoming community. While he does not live in Midtown anymore, Jamison is a musician and will often play shows as well as attend shows in Midtown. A typical day for Jamison looks like meeting with clients and making sure his employees have everything they need to work smoothly. Overall, Jamison greatly enjoys working in Midtown and connecting with others by working in Startup.
